How are your products made?
All eyeshadows are made by hand with ethically sourced ingredients from Australian owned brands.
Where are your products made?
We are based on the Sunshine Coast, Qld. Local pick up is available.
How long will my order take to process?
We strive to get your orders out as quickly as possible. Our goal is to have your package on its way within 1 week of receiving your order.
However, sometimes life throws us a curveball, and unexpected delays can happen. Don't worry, though! If there is a delay in processing your order, we promise to keep you in the loop. We'll reach out to you personally to let you know what's going on. We won't leave you hanging, wondering where your eyeshadows are!

Are your ingredients cosmetic safe?
Absolutely! All ingredients are cosmetic grade and approved for cosmetic use.
How long will shipping take?
We offer both standard and express shipping with Australia post. Standard 3-6 days and Express 1-3 days. International Shipping up to 2 weeks, your package will come with tracking.
Can i cancel my order?
We accept cancellations within the first 12 hours, to cancel your order contact prettypalette@outlook.com.
Refund Policy
At Pretty Palette, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products. If you receive a faulty product, we are here to assist you. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Faulty Products
If you believe that the product you received is faulty, please inspect it upon delivery. If you notice any defects or issues, please contact us immediately at prettypalette@outlook.com. We will evaluate the problem and work towards finding a solution.
Return Process
To initiate a return for a faulty product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at prettypalette@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Provide us with your order details and a clear description of the fault.
- Wait for our response and further instructions.
- If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address.
- Package the item securely and send it back to us.
- Once we receive the faulty product, we will inspect it to confirm the issue.
- If the fault is confirmed, we will offer you a replacement or a refund.
Exceptions
Please note that our return policy only applies to faulty products. We do not accept returns for change of mind or if the product does not meet your expectations.
